Eco-Friendly Resort Hotel in Chalkidiki

Resort hotel’s environmental policy includes many different measures of environmental protection. Some of the measures used by the hotel to increase ecological awareness are the recycling of batteries, plastic bottles , make composting and use eco-friendly products in cleaning of apartments and laundry services, auto electricity shut down with the help of key cards as well as auto a/c stops when a window is open.We have change our old technology fridges with new A+ Fridge with low electical consumption.

Resort Hotel's Participation in Ecological Programms

Aria Seaside Hotel participates to european ecologic programm RELACS for Renewable Energy for Tourist Accommodation Buildings from 2012.
Also from 2012 participates in the european programm ShMILE 2 which prepares you to be awarded with EU EcoLabel sign. Now we are in the final steps to be awarded.

  • At what time is check-in?
    Generally hotel's apartments are available from 3pm. (Health First Protocols COVID-19)

  • At what time is check-out?
    Check-out is generally at 11am. Afterwards the rooms have to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.

  • Is parking available at the hotel?
    Aria Seaside Hotel have numbered parking space for each apartment.

  • What are the reception opening hours?
    The reception is open from 08:00 am until 23:00 pm every day and our colleagues will be at your service. From 23:00 pm until next morning at 08:00 am you can call at night service in extention number "600" and Emergency Mobile Phone +30 69830 2552.

  • Where can I see the hotel rates?/ How much is a apartment/night?
    Our rates are calculated on a daily basis. Therefore we cannot give you a general overview of costs. But you can easily enter the arrival dates in our booking engine and our system will search the best available rates for you.

  • Are the rates per person or per apartment?
    All prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-apartment-basis.

  • Why do the costs vary from day to day?
    For one reason they may vary because of fair dates or other high season dates. Other reasons could be that the prices have increased since your last visit on our website. Generally rates will increase, the longer you wait with your booking.

  • Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the apartments?
    Aria Seaside Hotel WiFi is available free of charge in the apartments and in public area inside resort.

  • Do you offer hotel shuttles, for example to the next airport?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer a hotel shuttle. Our colleagues will be happy to assist you to find your public transport or will call a taxi for you which can transfer you from/to Makedonia Airport "SKG" in Thessaloniki.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We use two different cancellation policies, depending on the reservation you make: Semi-Refundable Reservations There will be a 30% cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 21 days before the intended date of arrival. For cancellations made during 21 to 1 day before intended date of arrival, we will charge of 50% of the total amount. For cancellations made after.
    Non-Refundable Policy , in case of cancellation or no show full amount is charged. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
  • Where can I get a copy of my invoice after my departure?
    Please contact our hotel team, which will send you a copy of your invoice. Due to Health First Protocols COVID-19 we don't print invoices.

  • What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my apartment?
    Please contact the hotel directly. Our apartmentwill be cleaned daily, so that your item probably has been found by our housekeeping team.

Booking Terms & Conditions of Aria Seaside Retreat Hotel

The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to all bookings for Aria Seaside Retreat Hotel made through this website. Aria Seaside Retreat Hotel is a Traditional Beach Apartments Hotel in Paradisos, Neos Marmaras , Halkidiki, Greece. (hereafter “we” or “our”).

Pricing
All rates shown online are per apartment per night (unless otherwise stated). Rates are including VAT and including local city taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation , except if there is a bug due to an upgrade in prices.

Payment ( Refundable Reservations)
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price between reservation and 14 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival will pay the rest 50%. Advanced Payment must be settled with Paypal or Credit/Debit Card or Bank Wire. 
At arrival payment of the rest (50%) must be settled by cash or credit card, debit card.

Payment ( Non-Refundable Reservations)
During your reservation you will be asked to make a full payment (100% of total) to complete your reservation. Payments must be settled with Paypal or Credit/Debit Card or Bank Wire.

Cancellation policy
We use two different cancellation policies, depending on the reservation you make and you can do it either from the link in your confirmation email or with search in our reservation system webpage https://ariaseasidehotelhotelhalkidiki.reserve-online.net You may be charged for the cancellation according to the property's cancellation or no-show policy. We advise you to carefully read the accommodation's cancellation or no-show policy before making your booking.

Refundable reservations

There will be no cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 21 days before the intended date of arrival. For cancellations made during 21 to 15 days preceding on the intended date of arrival, we will charge of 30% of the total amount. For cancellations made during 14 to 1 days preceding on the intended date of arrival, we will charge of 50% of the total amount. For cancellations made after 00.00am on the intended date of arrival and in case no cancellation is made or no show, we will charge 100% of the total amount.

Non refundable reservations

It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservation in any case. The total costs for all apartment nights, will be charged directly after your reservation is made.

Withdrawal Policy
Only in the case of a reservation with a "Refundable Price" can the customer cancel the reservation within 24 hours from the reservation time. In the event that an advance has been paid using a credit/debit card or bank deposit, the customer is fully responsible for the return costs and handling that the bank may require. Aria Seaside Hotel will take the necessary steps to refund the amount but does not bear any responsibility for the length of time it will take to complete the process.

Pets
It is not allowed in the hotel.

Car parking
The hotel offers it’s own private parking inside the hotel's property. With each apartment reservation you have for free one parking lot.

Smoking
Please note that the hotel is non smoking in public places. Also it is not allowed the smoking inside the apartment.

Arrival and departure
Hotel apartments are guaranteed ready for check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out until 6pm is possible, depending on availability, for an additional charge of 50% of 1 night price / per room.

Complaints or comments
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel's reception at the time of your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.
